Our Main Branch is in Morrisonville, NY, which was founded in 1960 by Aird and Barbara Dorrance. Their son Frank and his wife Sheila Dorrance joined the ownership team in 1995.

Our Southern branch is in Ballston Lake, NY which was opened in 2004. Originally a 6,000 sq ft. bath showroom; our addition of kitchens in February of 2007 (7000 sq ft) has expanded this location to 13,000 sq. ft.

Today six buildings hold two Kohler Premier showrooms and an inventory of over a million items. Among its inventory, Aird Dorrance, Inc. stocks bathroom fixtures, heating & water systems, flooring, and plumbing supplies. Our showrooms have it all; featuring working whirlpools, faucets, shower displays and cabinetry as well as flooring. Our trained staff is here to help you plan a new home or remodel your old one. Our designers are qualified with knowledge and the experience to help you make your final selections.
