  3. It's about selection.  The Aird Dorrance showrooms are the largest and most up to date in the region.  The Ballston Lake showroom is 13,000+ sqft.. It  includes the 1st  Kohler Premier Showroom in the capital district. The Ballston Lake Showroom also has a 6000 sqft kitchen selection and design  area containing 50 kitchen and bath vignettes. The flooring section was completely remodel in 2010 and  containing a huge selection of  tile, hardwood and area rugs including several brand unique to Aird Dorrance in the capital district. Through out the showroom decorative lighting fixtures are displayed letting you see lighting in a more natural environment. The Morrisonville Showroom is 6000 sqft and features the 1st  Kohler Premier Showroom north of New York City. The flooring section contained a Hugh selection of tile, hardwood, laminates, carpet and area  rugs. Both showrooms feature the products ofleading manufacturers in the industry.  Working whirlpool tubs, kitchen faucets & showers provide an invaluable “hands-on” experience.
